Capital Curb Appeal was founded by John Hotz, who first discovered a passion for helping others while cleaning windows with his mom back in high school. Throughout high school and college, John took on odd jobs—from window cleaning to pressure washing—gutter cleaning and house washing, building the foundation for what would eventually become Capital Curb Appeal. Today, we’re proud to offer top-quality services including Window Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning, Pressure & House Washing, Custom Christmas Light displays, Permanent Lighting solutions, and Snow Removal. At Capital Curb Appeal, we believe in hard work, integrity, and delivering a five-star experience to every customer.
